The theme for this year's Award is:
Innovation Changes the Future
Bringing forth new ideas and keeping a fresh mind are of vital importance to the all retailers, leading them to use different innovative ways to continuously enhance their customer service standards, improve their service procedures and utilize retail technology. We hope that they could make use of their creativity and change the future. At the same time, we also wish all retail practitioners to keep up with such creative mindsets, bringing innovative service experience to the customers.
In line with this year's theme, we have added the following elements:
- Streamline the assessment flow for individual participants to 2 stages
- Appoint 'Retail Ambassadors' to elevate retail image and promote the industry
- Launch of Retail Excellence Award for companies to share their best practices in customer services
- Launch of ‘Top 10 Outstanding Services Retail Brands' Public Voting to raise brands' awareness of the public
